Our Director of Business Operations, Lynne Rozario, spearheads our event designers. Coming from the City of Mississauga and working in Ontario markets including Brampton, Mississauga, Niagara, Kitchener-Waterloo, Sarnia, and Windsor.
Lynne began her career in the Sport industry, organizing corporate golf outings for large companies in the Greater Toronto Area. She then relocated to Sarnia, Ontario where she promoted and “showcased” Lambton College with the goal of increasing out of town student applicants. While in Sarnia Lynne joined the Sarnia Sting of the Ontario Hockey League; managing promotions, corporate sponsored events and game operations.
Her experience in promotion and planning inspired her to focus on event management. In the Fall of 2006 she created the Battle of the Bands – Canada Day a new community initiative to increase youth involvement in Sarnia’s Canada Day activities, which had previously been under attended by the 13 – 25 age categories. Lynne successfully built the event and developed standard procedures in such a manner that it could be easily carried on and managed by future Canada Day volunteers.
Since then she has been a special events manager for the Sarnia Sting, Leisure Lifestyle and Recreation Coordinator for Bluewater Country. Lynne has most recently made Windsor Ontario her home, working with the current OHL Championship team and pride of the City: the Windsor Spitfires.
Our Director of Marketing and Sales, Andrew Adam, ensures that every event is branded and marketed to maximize exposure. He also works with local businesses and organizations to build synergies and partnerships which directly contribute to each events success.
Andrew has a diverse background in all facets of business including sales, marketing, brand management. His entrepreneurial spirit has quickly guided his career through many interesting business ventures, directly overseeing new business development and also working as a management consultant to both new and established businesses in many industries.
Andrew has earned a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Honours) as well as a Masters Degree in Business Administration (Marketing and Entrepreneurship). His business skills are strengthened by nearly a decade of technical experience in graphic design, web design, and photo and video-editing.
